For $200 we will follow the initial/deep clean cleaning checklist to complete cleaning of one full bathroom, living room, dining room (or eat-in kitchen area), and kitchen just like we would during an initial cleaning. When we're through we will leave you with a customized estimate with rates for cleaning your home and you can easily decide which of our packages is right for you.

After your purchase please fill out an online estimate form and let us know you've purchased the coupon (Paypal will send us a confirmation as well) and your preferred appointment day and time and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to schedule your appointment.

*This offer is valid for new clients only. Maximum of 4 man hours. Appointments will be taken Monday - Friday between 9am-3pm and are subject to availability. If you'd like additional rooms cleaned please specify on your estimate form and we will let you know the additional cost payable when services are rendered. Exceptionally large or dirty homes, move in/out cleanings, or post construction cleanings will not qualify to receive this promotion.
